John L. Goody
Executive Director Exploration
Member of the Geological Society of Australia.
Mr. Goody has over 35 years experience in the mining industry and has been responsible for the development of various projects throughout Australia, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Philippines, China and Chile.
Dr. Richard J. Haren
Non Executive Director
First Class Honours Degree and University Medal in Physics and a PhD in Exploration Geophysics from the University of New South Wales. Dr. Haren is a corporate member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists. Dr. Haren has over 20 years of project management experience involving numerous industries including minerals exploration and mining finance and IT. Dr. Haren has consulted to a variety of public and private companies in Australia, Asia, Africa, the C.I.S. North and South America involving exploration and mining.
Edgar G. Newman
Non Executive Director

Mr. Newman has over 33 years experience in the mining and exploration industry. He has held positions as chemist and manager of an analytical services laboratory as well as being involved in feasibility studies, design, construction and commissioning of several mining and processing operations in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
Sydney L. Griff
Non Executive Director
Mr. Griff has over 40 years’ experience in the mining and resources sector in Australia and abroad. He has been involved in the corporate and operational development of a range of successfully developed ASX listed companies.

Stephen J. Lonergan
Mr Lonergan is an Honours graduate in law from the Australian National University and holds a Masters degree in Law from McGill University, Montreal Canada. Mr Lonergan is a commercial lawyer with more than 30 years experience in the Australian and international mining industry having been General Counsel of Pancontinental Mining Group, a partner at Baker & McKenzie Sydney, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Savage Resources Limited and until recently General Counsel and Company Secretary of CBH Resources Limited. Mr. Lonergan is a Director and Company Secretary of Kimberley Metals Limited and Paradigm Metals Limited.
